What are your accepted forms of payment?
We accept PayPal and credit cards. You are also welcome to use the Klarna app! Simply search for our website through the app.
What is your turn around time?
TAT is currently around 4-5 weeks. Denim can occasionally take up to 8 weeks during our busiest times. (This is due to the amount of time and steps it takes to create our denim- distressing, washing, acid wash/bleaching, washing again, and then painting). Because each item is handmade and there are a variety of designs, blanks are not purchased and items are not made until you order! Your order is truly made custom for you, so please allow adequate time for me to create your items and send them on their way. Can I change my order or request a different size after purchasing?
Unfortunately, no. I do not carry most items in stock, so blanks are purchased from my supplier after you place an order with us. Changing a size would significantly delay our TAT, as well as require additional shipping charges. Orders cannot be changed once submitted, so please double check your order before finalizing. Please see the Sizing tab with size charts to aid you in choosing the correct size before purchasing. Thank you!
What is your exchange/return policy?
All sales are final. Because each item is handmade and made custom for you, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Please make sure you choose the correct option(s) when purchasing.
HOWEVER, if you receive an item that was incorrect or damaged and Rebellion Attire is responsible, please contact us ASAP with an order number and images of the damage, and we will be happy to refund or replace your order to correct the mistake.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, we only offer shipping to the United States and Canada through the website. However, we DO ship to other countries via Paypal invoice! If you live in another country and are interested in ordering from us, please send us a message on Instagram or an email with your country as well as the item(s) and size(s) you are planning to order so that we can get you a shipping quote based on the weight of the items. International shipping can be pricey, but we are willing to ship anywhere in the world as long as you are willing to pay shipping! The buyer is responsible for any customs charges.
All orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service, and we do not use any other couriers at this time.
We are not responsible for lost packages! Unfortunately, once the package has been delivered to USPS- it is out of our hands.
What is sizing like?
Most styles typically run TTS, although measuring your child will ensure the best fit. When in doubt, size up! Our threads look even radder when slightly baggy. We are all about the oversized, torn-up, acid-washed, streetwear/urban look! For sizing charts for both shirts and denim, go to our Sizing page.
Do you have any recommendations for washing/care?
We suggest using your gentlest or delicate setting on your washing machine, as well as your dryer to wash your Rebellion Attire threads. You could hang dry if you prefer. All acid-washed items are washed/dryed before being shipped out! Accessories such as scarves or beanies should be hand washed and laid flat to dry.
